Force Majeure

In case the late delivery exceeds ten weeks, the Buyers would have the right to cancel this Contract.
Arbitration
What the parties fail to settle the dispute within 30 days after the problem occurs, they agree to submit such dispute to United State International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the Commission's arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral awards are final and binding upon both parties.
General
This Agreement represents the complete negotiation between the parties and supersedes for the prior agreements and representations between them. Headings used in these Terms of Use are for reference purposes only and in no way define or limit the scope of the section. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and the other terms of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
